Russo Insurance Services based in Brentwood, Essex joined the Movo Partnership in June 2020.
It was very important to Freddy Russo (MD) that he was able to take control of his business and wanted to be akin to a Directly Authorised business as opposed to a traditional AR model. He also knew he wanted support to grow his business further.
THE BACK STORY
Freddie already had a successful commercial brokerage when he joined Movo but wanted to be in a position that he could deal directly with Insurers and also have a model that didn’t take commission noting he was growing quickly but wanted the income to be in a position to recruit.
WHY WAS THE MOVO PARTNERSHIP A GOOD FIT?
Freddie commented that joining Movo meant he had direct access to Insurers and allowed him the freedom to place his clients’ needs on the very best basis in the market. This was always the only way that Freddie wished to trade.
After just a few months with Movo, Freddie had grown his business enough that he could then recruit that much-needed new member of staff!
